1) UK addresses - All items are sent by Royal Mail Special or Registered Delivery which is a Signed For service

2) European addresses - We send by Royal Mail Airsure which is an insured, signed for and tracked service. We dispatch no later than 2 days after receipt of cleared funds.

3) All other addresses -  We use Royal Mail International Signed For or an equivalent service for your location. International Signed for is a registerd delivery but in certain circumstances, tracking isnt always available.
