Return Policy

All $1.00 No Reserve auctions sale prices are final.All items are measured and described by experienced professional jewelers with great accuracy.  All items are photographed with great detail.  We do not offer returns or partial refunds based on opinion of item upon receipt. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction.  Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days upon item delivery; returns will not be accepted beyond this time frame.  Any items damaged in shipping must go through the Claim Process.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  A refund will be given of the final sales price.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
