Return Policy

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee minus shipping for seven days after receiving the item.
The item must not be altered or damaged in any way shape or form.
A 20% restocking fee applies for all engraved items returned.
ALL PAPERWORK and gift box must be included and in new condition.
Upon receiving these items your payment will be refunded.
Email us for return instructions before sending merchandise back.
Please allow up to 7 business days for all returns to receive credit.
Note: All Custom orders are non refundable. Sizing does not affect the return policy.

SHIPPING DETAILS
Since all items are made to order, we require 3 - 10 business days from the time we receive the payment to the day we ship. Once your item(s) are ready to leave our facility a shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please be sure to inspect your package upon arrival for tampering or any damage. Rush orders are welcome. Please call for availability.
Domestic

All orders are fully insured and require a direct signature upon delivery.
International

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
International items are shipped via US mail (USPS). United States Postal Service Global Express Mail. Shipments take approximately 5 business days to arrive from date of shipment.
The delivery agent will usually come to your house or call to inform of duty or vat fees. This amount is a customs charge not postage.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or holdups.
Please note that we CANNOT mark the customs tag as a "GIFT" or to value the order at less than what you paid for the merchandise. This practice is considered fraud. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties and can result in Pompeii3 Inc. losing international shipping privileges.
